I have seen a few chiropractors and have had limited success with most of them, but Dr. Goddard is excellent and rises above the rest. After a thorough work up, Dr. Goddard recommended some advanced treatments (cupping therapy and dry needling) along with at home stretching that has my neck and shoulder feeling better than it has in years.

Dr. Goddard is the best!! Went there for my lower back could hardly walk or move. After 2 visits with her I felt so much better. She really made a big difference. Now I go back every month and love it. I actually look forward to my visits and they are really reasonable.

For someone that works from home having Jessica Goddard at Zephyr Sport and Spine IN town has been priceless this winter. Both boys have had some arm/shoulder area strains during winter training and we couldn’t have asked for a better dr to work with!
We aren’t done either! She will continue to see the boys probably forever TBH because their bodies need it! The pressure and strain they put on their bodies can always use a little TLC even if they aren’t hurt! OH and as you can see in the [PICS] this is the kind of follow up you get! So detailed!
With baseball season kicking off tomorrow I just wanted to first say Thank You to Jessica for getting them healthy and for all you will do for them this season! And Elsberry mommas you don’t have to go that far to have sports medicine for our kiddos!

Today was our winter outing with the PAT kiddos and usually my favorite, however I tweaked my back yesterday so jumping and playing with the kiddos wasn't possible today. However, Jessica Goddard over at Zephyr Sport & Spine was able to get me in and got right to work! I'm soo very thankful and in much less pain! We're awfully happy to have her practice here in our small town!
